We have all the components and different sizes available to construct tubular structures.The size of tube range from 26mm OD to 60mm OD.Components are very good for constructing safety handrail ,machine guardrails,shopping trolley stations,guard rails for pools and waterways,exclusion zones around railway track side equipment and easy access rails for older persons to enter their homes.

Three Socket Tee Kee Klamp fitting is commonly used as the 90° joint between the top rail and an intermediate upright on safety railing.As there are two socket set screws in the sleeve, this fitting can be used where a join is required in the horizontal pipe.

Specifications:

Key Clamps are used in conjunction with galvanised steel tubing.  The Key Clamps are secured to the tube by means of hexagon socket set screws, which are tightened using an allen key or ratchet spanner to establish a firm lock between the clamp and the tube.  The sharpened edges of the socket set screws effectively ‘bite’ into the surface of the tube creating a solid connection.

All fittings are done singly and therefore the finish does vary, and is by no means uniform. Fittings will be slightly greasy when delivered, so if further painting or clear coating is required, please de-grease beforehand to ensure adhesion. This is an irreversible chemical change to the galvanised coating, and does effect the corrosion resistance, for this reason we cannot guarantee their continued usability in outdoor environments.
